Dating back to around the seventh century, Tantra is a collection of esoteric writings found in the Hindu and Buddhist faiths. The word itself literally means "weaving" or "balance." So when we apply that to what Tantra is understood today, it means weaving together elements of ourselves that help us find balance and connect with others.

Tantra yoga is a practice, originating from ancient India, that aims to achieve spiritual liberation by connecting with one's inner energy and the universe.
