Yoga Teacher Altea – Vinyasa, Yin & Tantra Yoga for Your Seminar
If you are searching for a Yoga Teacher Altea for your retreat or group event, I am available as a visiting teacher to contribute to your programme.
My Yoga For Seminar offering includes Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Tantra Yoga, with each practice adapted to your participants and the intention of your event.
Vinyasa Yoga brings together breath and flowing movement, while Yin Yoga offers a slower practice with longer-held postures. Tantra Yoga introduces conscious movement, breath awareness and a deeper connection with vital energy.
As part of a Yoga Meditation Altea programme, these practices can complement meditation, mindfulness and other activities organised by your team.
Meditation Teacher Altea – Advaita & Tantric Meditation for Seminars
Are you looking for a Meditation Teacher Altea to enrich your retreat, seminar or group event? I offer guided meditation sessions as a visiting teacher, adapted to your programme and the experience of your participants.
My Meditation for Seminar groups includes Advaita Meditation and Tantric Meditation, two approaches that invite participants to explore awareness, inner stillness and a deeper connection with themselves.
Advaita Meditation draws on the non-dual understanding of awareness and encourages self-inquiry and the observation of thoughts without identification. Tantric Meditation brings attention to breath, presence and vital energy, creating space for a more embodied meditative experience.
Whether meditation is the central theme of your event or complements your yoga programme, I can adapt the practice to its purpose and atmosphere.
Mantra Singing for Groups Altea– Ancient Indian Mantras, modern melodies & Heartfelt Kirtan
The human voice can become a beautiful part of meditation, especially when people come together to sing and listen with shared attention. Mantra singing brings ancient Indian traditions into a contemporary group experience, where repetition, melody, joy and silence each have their place.
With Ahamprema Calpe, I contribute my experience as a mantra singer to retreats, seminars and organised gatherings. Accompanied by the traditional Indian harmonium, I guide participants through ancient Sanskrit mantras using melodic arrangements that are easy to follow, repeat and sing together.
Some sessions develop into uplifting Kirtan, with expressive voices and a lively atmosphere. Others become quieter and more inward-looking, allowing the repetition of mantras to form a deeply meditative experience. This combination of active participation and contemplative stillness gives each gathering its own character.
For retreat and seminar organisers in Altea, Mantra Singing for Groups can be included alongside yoga and meditation or offered as a separate session within an existing programme. Participants do not need musical training or previous chanting experience to take part.
